Hi, my name is Michael Halberstadt, owner and founder of UsedFilmCameras.com. My grandfather “Hal” Milton Halberstadt was a studio photographer after taking part in the “Bauhaus West” before his service in WWII. My dad still operates a small niche stock photo agency. I started photographing in my teens with a Mamiya C220 my dad gave me and it was love and first click. I’ve been working at several colleges in the photo department.
I hope to share my love of photography with those interested in the dark(room) arts of photography.
