I have a bunch of 620 spools for sale. Most or all of them are branded Agfa/Ansco. They have light rust here and there, but should do the trick.
Kodak was a dick. They took the popular 120 format, and just changed the spool size so only they could sell films for some of their popular cameras like some of the Brownies, as well as the Duraflex and the amazing for its time Kodak Medalist I & II.
The workaround: you can buy a few of these spools, and regular 120 and respool the film to work on old Kodak 620 Cameras.
